About Me

Hi! I'm Keerthi, a 3D Character Animator based in France, currently in the final year of my bachelor's program. My journey began with a love for expressive storytelling, and I'm on a mission to grow from an animator into an animation director, and one day, a feature film director.

I'm deeply inspired by both semi-realistic style and the nuanced realistic style—and my goal as an animator is always the same: to make every shot feel so believable, the audience forgets it's animated and feels like they're watching a powerful live-action performance.

Who am I?

A storyteller through movement. I love when I craft stiff rigs and turn into characters that breathe, think, and feel.

01

What's crucial?

While focussing on the technical stuff like camera angles and lighting is important, what's crucial is the emotional language behind every frame.

02

How do I do it?

Analyse! I analyse scenes, breakdown how nuances and details in lighting and animation principles shifts the mood and personality of a character.
